Common use of Privacy and Security Programs Clause in Contracts

Privacy and Security Programs. During the term of this Agreement, the Institution and Sponsor shall each implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to meet the requirements of Data Protection Laws and to ensure that Personal Data will only be Processed in accordance with the Agreement (including this Exhibit), including the appointment of a data protection officer (when required by Data Protection Laws).
