Priority Points. The priority points earned by our Exhibitors and Industry Partners each year are used to determine a ranking system, which we use to assign booth selection appointments. This program is intended to reward our loyal exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers for their continued support of the NAVC year-round. Booth selection process will be conducted as follows:

Priority Points. Priority points are the property of ATD and not the property of an exhibiting company; rather they are simply used to determine the order of space selection. Priority Points cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned. COPYRIGHT Exhibitor represents and warrants that it shall comply with all copy- right restrictions applicable to exhibitors, including but not limited to, any music performance agreement between ATD and Network Media Partners and ASCAP or BMI for meetings, conventions, trade shows and expositions. Exhibitor further represents and warrants that it shall obtain any additional license or grant of authority required of exhibi- tors under the copyright laws and be prepared to present Exposition Management with a copy of such license or grant no less than 30 days prior to the start of the Exposition. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify ATD and Network Media Partners and San Xxxx XxXxxxx Convention Center if the Exhibitor fails to obtain the required license(s). PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOTAPING Still photography and videotaping are not permitted in the Exposi- tion or sessions during the conference. The ATD Official Photogra- pher may be employed for individual booth photography.

Priority Points. Exhibitor understands that exhibitors who have already contracted and paid for one CES exhibit booth space (regardless of size), additional exhibit space secured via contract and payment after October 1, 2013, will not have any effect on CES space selection time or standing.

In order to maintain Charter Exhibitor status, charter exhibitors must exhibit at a minimum of one ASI Show per year. Assumption of Risks; Releases: You expressly assume all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Your participation at the Show including, without limitation, all risks of theft, loss, harm, damage or injury to the person (including death), property, business or profits of exhibitor, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God or otherwise. You have sole responsibility for Your property or any theft, damage or other loss to such property (whether or not stored in any courtesy storage area), you waive any subrogation claims that Your insurer may have.   • Seniority Tie Breaker The Employer and the Union agree that where there is a tie in seniority between two or more Employees, a determination of seniority shall be made in the following manner:

  • Seniority Roster The District shall maintain an updated seniority roster, indicating employee's class seniority and hire date seniority. Such rosters shall be available to CSEA.

  • Seniority Rosters Quarterly, the Employer shall prepare a roster of all bargaining unit employees in an institution, geographic jurisdiction or Agency as appropriate. The roster will list employees in descending order of State seniority credits and will contain each employee’s name, State seniority credits, and Institutional seniority credits if applicable. Seniority rosters will be provided to the Chapter President or Assembly President and posted in the work areas of affected employees. Where available, the Employer may provide an electronic posting of the roster in lieu of a paper roster. Each employee’s individual employee seniority credits will be displayed on the employee’s earnings statement.

  • Priority Hiring If the Contract Amount is over $200,000 and this Agreement is for services (other than Consulting Services), this section is applicable. Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.

  • Priority Debt The Company will not, at any time, permit the aggregate amount of Priority Debt to exceed 10% of the Company’s consolidated assets as of the most recently ended fiscal quarter for which financial statements are available.

Except for the Carve-Out, the Superpriority Claims of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder shall at all times be senior to the rights of the Borrowers, any chapter 11 trustee and any chapter 7 trustee, or any creditor (including, without limitation, post-petition counterparties and other post-petition creditors) in the Cases or any subsequent proceedings under the Bankruptcy Code, including, without limitation, any chapter 7 cases if any of the Borrowers’ Cases are converted to cases under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Seniority Dates Upon request, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union the seniority dates of any employees covered by this Agreement. Such seniority dates shall be subject to correction for error on proper representation by the Union.

  • Priority of Liens The Agent shall have received satisfactory evidence that (i) the Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, holds a perfected, first priority Lien on all Collateral and (ii) none of the Collateral is subject to any other Liens other than Permitted Liens.
