Priority Orders. GTECH Purchase Orders for any and all spare parts identified as "Priority Orders" shall be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt by VENDOR's Customer Service Division. In the event that Products ordered within the Normal Lead Time are overdue for delivery to GTECH , VENDOR shall ship replacement Product to GTECH at no additional cost to GTECH, and any premium air freight charges shall be prepaid by, and borne by VENDOR.
