Common use of Prior Understandings; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Prior Understandings; Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, among the parties hereto relating to the transactions provided for herein and therein except as expressly provided otherwise (e.g., certain fee agreements and fee arrangements set forth in the commitment letter relating hereto). This Agreement and the other Loan Documents represent the entire agreement between the parties to this Agreement with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby and, except as expressly provided herein or in the other Loan Documents, shall not be affected by reference to any other documents.
