Prior Training Clause Samples
Prior Training. Training of any type provided to affected Covered Persons within six months prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that meets the requirements of Section III.C shall be deemed to meet the time frame obligation imposed by this Section, but does not obviate the requirements for attendance certifications.
Prior Training. Transferred DCFR personnel will be given full credit for all training and certification fully documented and successfully completed prior to the transfer date.
