Prior Extension Clause Samples

Prior Extension. For the extension to August 11, 2026, the extension to February 11, 2026 shall have been previously exercised.

Prior Extension. For the extension to the Revolving Facility Second Extended Maturity Date, the extension to the Revolving Facility First Extended Maturity Date shall have been validly exercised.

Prior Extension. For the extension to September 17, 2020, the extension to September 17, 2019 shall have been previously effected.

Prior Extension. For the extension to the Second Extended Maturity Date, the extension to the First Extended Revolving Credit Maturity Date shall have been previously effected.

Prior Extension. For the extension to the Second Extended Maturity Date, the extension to the First Extended Maturity Date shall have been validly exercised. Within thirty (30) days following receipt by the Administrative Agent of the Borrower’s written notice under Section 2.2.1(b) requesting the respective extension accompanied by those of the items described above which are then available, the Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower in writing if all of the conditions precedent to the extension, other than payment of the Facility Extension Fee, have been satisfied, or if further information, certificates or work are required. If the Administrative Agent determines that the conditions to extension have been satisfied, other than payment of the Facility Extension Fee, the Administrative Agent shall so notify the Borrower and the Lenders and upon the Administrative Agent’s receipt of the Facility Extension Fee not later than five (5) days prior to the then applicable Maturity Date, the term of the Facility shall be extended until the First Extended Maturity Date or Second Extended Maturity Date, as applicable.
