Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional consents and affirmations and other documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Security Documents) as the Agent may reasonably require, and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any title endorsement or update thereto or any update of UCC searches, recordings costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary or mortgage taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are required to be paid in connection with such extension.
Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and the Lenders such additional documents, instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require in its sole and absolute discretion (including, without limitation, in the case of the Borrower, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase) and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any title commitment or report or update thereto or any updated UCC searches, all recording costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary or mortgage taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are required to be paid in connection with such increase;

The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and the Lenders such additional documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Security Documents), instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require in its sole and absolute discretion (including, without limitation, in the case of the Borrower, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase) and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any mortgagee’s title insurance policy or any endorsement or update thereto or any updated UCC searches, all recording costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary or mortgage taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are required to be paid in connection with such increase;

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrowers and Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional documents and opinions as Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, a certificate signed on behalf of Parent Borrower by an Authorized Officer confirming the statements in clauses (ii) and (iii) of this §2.11(d), and the Borrowers shall pay the cost of any reasonable and documented fees, taxes or expenses which are reasonably requested in connection with such increase.
Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower, the Guarantors and the Approved JVs shall execute and deliver to the Agent and the Lenders such additional documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Security Documents (if applicable)), instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require (including, without limitation, in the case of the Borrower, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase) and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any updated UCC searches, all recording and filing costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are incurred by the Agent, KCM or the Lenders in connection with such increase.
Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower shall execute and deliver (or cause to be executed and delivered) to Agent and the Lenders such additional documents, instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require in its reasonable discretion, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase.
Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to the Agent and the Lenders such additional documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Loan Documents to provide that the Collateral secures the same and the Guaranty guarantees the same), instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require (including, without limitation, in the case of the Borrower, a Compliance Certificate and Borrowing Base Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase) and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any title searches, updated UCC searches, title endorsements, all recording costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary or mortgage taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are incurred by the Agent, KBCM or the Lenders in connection with such increase.
Additional Documents and Expenses. Loan Parties shall execute and deliver to the Agent and the Lenders such additional documents, instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, and Borrower shall pay the cost of any updated UCC searches and any and all intangible taxes or other taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are demanded in connection with such increase.
