Common use of Prior Conditions Satisfied Clause in Contracts

Prior Conditions Satisfied. All conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.01 shall continue to be satisfied as of the date of each Advance, provided that all such conditions precedent shall be deemed to be continued to be satisfied and Borrower shall have no obligation to deliver or satisfy any such conditions except that Borrower shall be obligated to deliver the documents referred to in Sections 4.01(f) and (g) hereof (if not previously delivered) and any amendments, modifications, substitutions, replacements or supplements to the documents referred to in Sections 4.01(c)-(h) and (k)-(l) hereof.
