Common use of Prior Agreements Superseded Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreements Superseded. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the Parties of any and every nature whatsoever, including (without limitation) agreements for additional compensation or benefits. All such prior agreements are null and void.
