Common use of Prior Agreement for Disposal Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreement for Disposal. CONTRACTOR acknowledges that 924 TOWN has contracted for disposal of Garbage and Processing Residue with Sonoma 925 County, and with Republic Services of Sonoma County. CONTRACTOR agrees to abide by 926 the terms and conditions applicable to haulers using the Sonoma County Landfill/Transfer 927 System as set forth in the Agreements with Sonoma County and Republic Services of 928 Sonoma County.
