The Company shall have the text of the Collective Agreement printed in pocket book form. shall distribute one copy to each of the present and future employees in the bargaining unit and shall remit a number to the Union not than sixty days after the signing of the Agreement. The Company agrees to the Union in writing in the event it acquires by purchase the affairs or of another employer which are of such a nature as to be covered the bargaining certificate granted to the Union, and where such operations were to be merged with the existing operations of the Company.
