Common use of Print Production Services Clause in Contracts

Print Production Services. (a) As of the Effective Date, First Data shall continue to utilize its technology used prior to the Effective Date to print Statements, Letters and Other Correspondence. (b) In accordance with Section II of Exhibit A-2, First Data will implement by April 1, 2010 Drop on Demand technology using variable drop size technology (or its equivalent) in order to perform the Print Production Services.
