Principal Actor Clause Samples

The Principal Actor clause identifies the main individual or entity responsible for performing key obligations under an agreement. In practice, this clause specifies who is considered the primary party for the purposes of fulfilling contractual duties, such as delivering services, making decisions, or bearing liability. By clearly designating the principal actor, the clause ensures accountability and helps prevent disputes over responsibility, thereby promoting clarity and effective contract management.
