Common use of PRIME LANDLORD Clause in Contracts

PRIME LANDLORD. Subtenant agrees to look solely to the Prime Landlord, and not to Sublandlord, for the performance of all services and obligations of the Prime Landlord under the Prime Lease with respect to the Subleased Premises.

PRIME LANDLORD. Subtenant agrees to look solely to the Prime Landlord, and not to Sublandlord, for the performance of all services and obligations of the Prime Landlord under the Prime Lease with respect to the Subleased Premises. At Subtenant's expense and request, Sublandlord will take all reasonable actions necessary to enable Subtenant to enforce the Sublandlord's rights as tenant under the Prime Lease with respect to the Subleased Premises.

At Subtenant's expense and request, Sublandlord will reasonably cooperate with Subtenant to enable Subtenant to enforce the Sublandlord's rights as tenant under the Prime Lease with respect to the Subleased Premises.
