Primary Packaging Component Vendors. (i) If Cangene is responsible for the supply of a packaging component vendor, Cangene will audit and approve the manufacturer and ensure cGMP compliance. Cangene stipulated vendor(s) will be included on the approved vendor list (attached hereto as Appendix D). Quality QG01-05-T001-01 Agreement (ii) If Patheon is responsible for procuring the packaging component vendor, Patheon will audit and approve the manufacturer and ensure cGMP compliance in accordance with Patheon’s SOP. The Patheon stipulated vendor(s) will be included on the approved supplier list (Appendix C).
