Common use of Price of Goods or Services Supplied Clause in Contracts

Price of Goods or Services Supplied. If Supplier accepts an order from Customer, it will supply the goods or services ordered at prices current on the date of dispatch of the goods or services to Customer as set in Supplier’s sole discretion, or otherwise at the price notified in writing by Supplier to Customer.
