Common use of PRICE GUARANTEE Clause in Contracts

PRICE GUARANTEE. Prices are maximums for the period of the contract. In the event of a price decline, or should you sell the same materials under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of Idaho, or any County, Municipality, Political Subdivision or Legal District of the State of Idaho at prices below those bid herein, such lower prices are to be immediately extended to the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ School District for comparable duration as offered to the other entity.
