PRICE GUARANTEE. The prices established herein shall prevail for the term of this Agreement, except in the event of a general market decline in prices of such commodities at any time during the period of this Contract, the Contractor agrees that the State of Mississippi shall receive full benefit of such decline. The State Bureau of Financial Control shall not approve any account nor order and direct payment of any account for the purchase of any commodity covered by this Contract when the purchase price is in excess of the maximum price fixed in this Agreement.
PRICE GUARANTEE. If the Guest can find equivalent lodging at a lower price after paying for the booking, the Guest will be refunded the difference, provided that the Guest contacts SkiStar in this respect. When assessing whether lodging is equivalent, we consider location, size and standard, among other things. The price guarantee is valid until 42 days before Arrival. The price guarantee cannot be combined with any changes in booking, campaigns or other discounts.

The percent discount offered to the State shall be a minimum of 40% off the list price for all furniture categories installed and delivered and a minimum of 50% off all furniture categories dock delivered that are included on the attached Furniture Catalog/Category Spreadsheet. Orders will be limited to the MOL (maximum order limitation) limit of $500,000 net purchase price after discount. PRICE GUARANTEE. All prices and room rental rates are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices will be honored 30 days prior to any event. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

PRICE GUARANTEE a) Trip Prices: Are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and exchange rates as of November 19th, 2018. Should these change, the price of your trip may increase. If the total price increases by more than 10%, you may cancel, without penalty, within 3 DAYS after we notify you of the increase. Except as explained below, we will not increase the price of your land trip after we receive your full deposit for your land trip. In exchange for this guarantee, no refund will be made if the cost factors described above are reduced. We reserve the right to recoverage from any increases in cruise line imposed fuel surcharges and in taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or its agencies.
PRICE GUARANTEE. Transnetyx represents and warrants that it will not sell the Services to any Person, or permit the sale of the Services to a Person, at materially equivalent service levels (including but not limited to turn-around time and accuracy), terms, testing methodology or technology, or other material provision to those that are sold to Taconic, and at materially equivalent or lower volume levels than the Taconic Volume, at a price per Sample that is less than the price per Sample paid by Taconic for the Taconic Volume as shown on Schedule 3.1
PRICE GUARANTEE. Except as otherwise set forth, pricing for bottled water products contracted herein will not be subject to change within six (6) months from the Effective Date, provided Customer maintains the same or substantially similar level of volume, services, and delivery locations. If Customer materially changes the volume, services, or delivery locations during the Initial Term, or any extended term, NWNA reserves the right to adjust its relevant pricing terms and guarantees. After that date, Equipment rent (if applicable), cleaning services (if applicable and as described in Section 9) and prices for the Products may be changed by NWNA with thirty (30) days' notice. Any price increase during the balance of the Initial Term will not exceed NWNA's then current regular non-introductory prices. Except as otherwise set herein prices of commodities such as coffee, cocoa, sugar, paper and related products will be reviewed on a regular basis and are subject to increase at any time.
