Previously Employed, Returning to Service after Original Effective Date Sample Clauses
The "Previously Employed, Returning to Service after Original Effective Date" clause defines how an employee’s prior service with an organization is treated if they are rehired after the original effective date of a plan or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether and how previous periods of employment are counted toward benefits eligibility, vesting, or other employment-related calculations upon the employee’s return.
