Common use of Previous Financing Documents Clause in Contracts

Previous Financing Documents. All the documents and agreements regarding the previous financing of the Company are available for the Investor to review within ten (10) Business Days from the date hereof in the primary office of the Group Companies. No documents and agreements hereof have been forged or tampered with any manner whatsoever, and no other documents and agreements have been omitted or withheld from the Investor. All the documents and agreements were, when provided, and continue to be, true, accurate, complete and not misleading in any aspect.
