PREVIOUS CONTRACTS. 16.1 This Agreement and the Incorporated Documents constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement; provided, however, for the avoidance of doubt, that this Agreement shall not supersede, extinguish or otherwise affect the Indemnification Deed For Officers And Directors between you and Venator Materials PLC.
