PREVIOUS CONTRACTS. 18.1 This agreement is in substitution for any previous contract of service between the Company or any of the Group Companies and the Executive which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent as from the commencement of the Appointment. 18.2 The Executive hereby warrants and represents to the Company that he will not, in entering into this agreement or carrying out his duties hereunder, be in breach of any terms of employment whether express or implied or any other obligation binding upon him.
