Pretrial Packets (PRP) Clause Samples

Pretrial Packets (PRP) from Pretrial Services Division consist of stapled packets of documents pertaining to the pretrial investigation of a defendant. The packet contains uniform 8.5”x11” white bond pages, including, but not limited to, information and comment sheets, interview records, court reports, investigative reports, criminal history records, and evaluation and assessment forms. Additional pages that are not 8.5” X 11” format may be included in the files.
