Presumption by the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent may not assume that a Lender has made or will make its Percentage of any applicable Requested Amount and shall not be obligated to make available to the Borrower a corresponding amount unless the Administrative Agent has received from all Lenders the funds corresponding to their relevant Percentages with respect to the applicable Requested Amount.
