Vendor shall not issue publicity news releases, grant press interviews, or use any Confidential Information or Board intellectual property (as defined below), including but not limited to the CPS logo or the logos of any schools, during or after the performance or delivery of Products and Services without the prior express written consent of the Board’s Chief Communications Officer or its designee. Furthermore, Vendor may not photograph or film or cause others to photograph or film within any CPS school or facility without the prior express written consent of the Board’s Chief Communications Officer or its designee.
