Preserving Flow Data Clause Samples
The "Preserving Flow Data" clause establishes requirements for maintaining the integrity and availability of data related to the flow of information or resources within a system or process. In practice, this clause may mandate that parties implement technical and organizational measures to ensure that flow data—such as logs, transaction records, or network activity—is not altered, deleted, or lost during the term of the agreement. Its core function is to ensure that critical operational data remains accessible and reliable, which is essential for auditing, troubleshooting, compliance, and resolving disputes.
