Common use of Preservative Treated Wood Products Clause in Contracts

Preservative Treated Wood Products. Contractor shall comply with the provisions of San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 13, which requires that each Contractor purchasing preservative-treated wood products on behalf of the City, shall only purchase such products from the list of alternatives adopted by the Department of the Environment pursuant to Section 1302 of Chapter 13, unless otherwise granted an exemption by the terms of that Chapter.
