PRESERVATION OF INFORMATION; COMMUNICATIONS TO BONDHOLDERS. (a) The Indenture Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of the Holders of Bonds contained in the most recent list furnished to the Indenture Trustee as provided in Section 7.01 hereof and the names and addresses of Holders of Bonds received by the Indenture Trustee in its capacity as Bond Registrar. The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

(a1) The Indenture Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names names, addresses and addresses taxpayer identification numbers of the Holders of Bonds Bondholders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Indenture Trustee as provided in Section under SECTION 7.01 hereof and the names names, addresses and addresses taxpayer identification numbers of Holders of Bonds the Bondholders received by the Indenture Trustee in its capacity as Bond Transfer Agent and Registrar. The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section under SECTION 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

(a) The Indenture Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of the Holders of Bonds contained in the most recent list furnished to the Indenture Trustee as provided in Section 7.01 hereof 9.14(b) or Section 10.01, as the case may be, and the names and addresses of Holders of Bonds received by the Indenture Trustee in its capacity as Bond Registrar, if so acting. The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 9.14(b) or Section 10.01, as the case may be, upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.
