Common use of Preservation of Business Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Business. The Seller will keep its business and properties substantially intact, including its present operations, physical facilities, working conditions, relationships with lessors, licensers, advertisers, suppliers, customers, and employees, all of the confidential information, call letters and trade secrets of the Station, and the FCC Licenses. The Seller will continue to make expenditures for advertising, programming, sales, technical and administrative support at a level consistent with the past practices of the Seller.

The Seller will continue to make expenditures for advertising, programming, sales, technical and administrative support at a level consistent with the past practices of the Seller.

The Seller Sellers will continue to make expenditures for advertising, programming, sales, technical and administrative support at a level consistent with the past practices of the SellerSellers.

The ; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not be deemed to constitute an assurance by the Seller will continue to make expenditures for advertising, programming, sales, technical and administrative support at a level consistent with the past practices of the Sellerfuture performance of the Stations.

The Seller Sellers will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep its their business and properties substantially intact, including its their present operations, physical facilities, working conditions, relationships with lessors, licensers, advertisers, suppliers, customers, and employees, all of the confidential information, call letters and trade secrets of the StationStations, and the FCC Licenses. The Seller Sellers will continue to make expenditures for employee compensation advertising, programming, sales, technical and administrative administration support at a level consistent with the past practices of the SellerSellers.

The Seller will keep its business and properties substantially intact, including its present operations, physical facilities, working conditions, relationships with lessors, licenserslicensors, advertisers, suppliers, customers, and employees, all of the confidential informationConfidential Information, call letters and trade secrets of the Station, and the FCC Licenses. The Seller will continue to make expenditures for advertising, programming, sales, technical and administrative support at a level consistent with the past practices of the Seller.

The Seller will continue to make expenditures for advertising, programming, sales, technical and administrative support at a level consistent with the past practices of the Seller.

The With respect to the OFC Business, the Seller will (i) keep its business and properties substantially intact, including its present operations, physical facilities, working conditions, and relationships with lessors, licensers, advertiserslicensors, suppliers, customers, and employees, all of employees and (ii) continue to perform its obligations under the confidential information, call letters and trade secrets of the Station, Finance Leases and the FCC Licenses. The Seller will continue Perfect Pay Agreements arising prior to make expenditures the Closing, including the timely filing of returns for advertising, programming, and payment of all related property and sales, technical use and administrative support at a level consistent with the past practices of the Sellerother applicable Taxes.
