Common use of Preservation and Disclosure of Securityholder Lists Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Disclosure of Securityholder Lists. (a) The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, all information as to the names and addresses of the Holders of each series of the Securities (1) contained in the most recent list furnished to it as provided in Section 5.1, (2) maintained by the Trustee in its capacity as Paying Agent for such series (if so acting) hereunder and of the Securities Registrar for such series, and (3) filed with it within two preceding years pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of Section 5.4. The Trustee may (1) destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 5.1 upon receipt of a new list so furnished, (2) destroy any information received by it as Paying Agent for such series (if so acting) hereunder upon delivery to itself as Trustee a list containing the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities of such series obtained from such information since the delivery of the next previous list, if any, (3) destroy any list delivered to itself as Trustee which was compiled from information received by it as Paying Agent (if so acting) hereunder upon the receipt of a new list so delivered, and (4) destroy any information filed with it by the Holders of Securities of such series for the purpose of receiving reports pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of Section 5.4, but not until two years after such information has been filed with it.
