Presentation Release Time. The ACMEA (Sheriff's Sworn Unit) representatives, which are limited to the ACMEA Business Representative, the ACMEA Board of Directors, and ACMEA (Sheriff's Sworn Unit) Site Representatives shall conduct the presentations covered under this Agreement. Only one (1) ACMEA (Sheriff's Sworn Unit) member will be granted release time to present at each NEO. Release time requests must be received by the County HRS Employee/Labor Relations Division no later than at least three (3) working days before the scheduled NEO, unless ACMEA receives less than a three (3) working day notice from EBC. Upon request of release time by ACMEA (Sheriff's Sworn Unit) through the County HRS Employee/Labor Relations Division, the County shall coordinate with the appropriate supervisor(s) of the ACMEA (Sheriff's Sworn Unit)-designated representative to allow release time.

Presentation Release Time. BTC Business Representatives shall conduct the NEO presentations covered under this agreement. In the event a BTC Shop Xxxxxxx is designated to conduct the NEO presentation in lieu of the designated BTC Business Representative, only one (1) BTC Shop Xxxxxxx will be granted release time to present at each NEO. Release time shall be granted in accordance with subsection 4.E.4. (Duties and Responsibilities of Stewards) of the BTC Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) and shall not exceed the existing eight (8) hours per pay period allowed for Shop Xxxxxxx Duties and Responsibilities. The parties agree to amend Section 4. (Union Bulletin Board, Meetings and Access to Employees), to allow BTC Shop Stewards to be granted release time, including reasonable time for travel to present at NEO, as follows:

  • Union Release Time The appointing authority may grant to elected officers or appointed representatives of the Union time off for employee organization representation activities.   • Information Release Authorization Throughout the Term, you authorize DES to obtain information from the DSP that includes, but is not limited to, your account name, account number, billing address, service address, telephone number, standard offer service type, meter readings, and, when charges hereunder are included on your DSP xxxx, your billing and payment information.
