Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.
Common Facilities Common Facilities shall mean the non-assigned parking areas; lobby; elevator(s); fire stairs; public hallways; public lavatories; all other general Building facilities that service all Building tenants; air conditioning rooms; fan rooms; janitors' closets; electrical closets; telephone closets; elevator shafts and machine rooms; flues; stacks; pipe shafts and vertical ducts with their enclosing walls. Lessor may at any time close temporarily any Common Facilities to make repairs or changes therein or to effect construction, repairs or changes within the Building, or to discourage non-tenant parking, and may do such other acts in and to the Common Facilities as in its judgement may be desirable to improve the convenience thereof, but shall always in connection therewith, endeavor to minimize any inconvenience to Lessee.
System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. New Facilities For all new Generating Facilities to be interconnected pursuant to the Tariff, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities, the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.90 lagging. For all new wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility with the ability to maintain a composite power delivery at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging across the full range of continuous rated power output. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.
Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.
