PRESENT CONDITIONS. No present employee, who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages or vacations designated in this Agreement, for the class of work in which the employee was engaged, shall suffer a reduction in the rate of wages or vacations or be subject to a schedule change from the application of this Agreement.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. No employee shall be subject to a reduction in wage rates because of application of this Agreement so long as the employee remains in the same classification.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. The Employer shall continue its current practice of providing free parking when presently available on its premises.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. No present employee who prior to the date of this Agreement was receiving more than the rate of wages designated by this Agreement for the class of work in which he or she was engaged shall suffer a reduction in the rate of wages or other benefits from the application of this Agreement. Provided, however, where premium amounts are based upon special work assignments or performance, these premiums above the contractual amounts may be reduced should the employee’s special assignment/performance be the reason for the reduction.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. No employee shall be subject to a reduction in hourly wage rates because of this Agreement; provided, however, this provision shall not apply if the conditions under which the original Agreement was made have changed, or should an employee be reclassified to another job classification in this contract.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. Rights, benefits, privileges, customs, practices and working conditions which Employees now enjoy, receive or possess shall not continue, unless they are expressly stipulated within this Agreement.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. It is agreed that any general conditions presently in force but which are not specifically mentioned in the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. The terms of this Agreement constitute the full and complete establishment of the conditions of employment for all members of the bargaining unit. All other previous rights, benefits, privileges, customs, practices and working conditions not specified herein are hereby extinguished.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. All rights, benefits, privileges and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive or possess and which are known to Management, shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement, but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Corporation and the Union.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, Lessor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lessee from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and penalties to the extent they are based upon or caused by Hazardous Materials which were present at the site at the date of this Lease including, without limitation, the Hazardous Materials disclosed in that certain Phase II Environmental Site Assessment of the Premises dated December 14, 1996 prepared by Front Royal Environmental Services, Inc.;
