No present employee, who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages or vacations designated in this Agreement, for the class of work in which the employee was engaged, shall suffer a reduction in the rate of wages or vacations or be subject to a schedule change from the application of this Agreement.
