Presence. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.5.5, Seller has no knowledge of: (i) any storage, spill, release, discharge, emission, or disposal of any Hazardous Substance that has occurred or is presently occurring in, upon, or onto the Real Property in violation of any Environmental Law; or (ii) the presence of any underground storage tank on the Real Property.
