Prerequisites & Assumptions. The delivery of Support Services under these Support Terms is conditioned upon the following prerequisites and assumptions: (a) TRITAN will provide Support Services only for the current version of the commercially released, generally available Software. (b) All Support Services will be provided in the English language unless otherwise agreed to by TRITAN and Client in writing. (c) TRITAN will be permitted to access Client’s computing environment via remote internet connections
