Common use of Prerequisite Clause in Contracts

Prerequisite. See the Advanced Placement Recommendations chart for the appropriate course recommended prerequisites and expectations. Students are not required to take Honors courses prior to taking an AP course, but it is highly recommended. (This may not apply to Math.) Teachers of AP courses are required to adhere to strict pacing and rigor of their courses as they are approved by the College Board, and help prepare students to take the AP exams every spring. If a student struggles in a traditional course, it is not recommended the child be placed in AP or Honors course.
