Common use of Prepayment of Rent Clause in Contracts

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Thousand Thirty-Five Dollars ($70,035) which shall constitute Base Rent for the fifth (5th) month of the Term.

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Thousand ThirtySixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($70,035) 65,000.00), which shall constitute Base Rent for the fifth first (5th1st) month of the Term (with any remainder to be applied towards the second month of the Term).

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Thousand Thirty-Five Dollars ($70,035) 96,261.25, which shall constitute Base Rent for the fifth (5th) first month of the TermTerm for which Xxxx is payable hereunder.

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant ------------------ shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Thousand Thirty-Five Dollars eighty six thousand six hundred twenty five dollars ($70,035) 86,625), which shall constitute payment of Base Rent for the fifth first (5th1st) month and one half (1/2) month of the TermTerm when Base Rent is due and payable after the Base Rent Abatement period.

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Fifty-Two Thousand Thirty-Five Dollars ($70,035) 52,000), which shall constitute Base Rent for the fifth first (5th1st) month of the Term.

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Sixty-Eight Thousand Thirty-Five Dollars ($70,035) 68,000.00), which shall constitute be applied as a credit against Base Rent for the fifth first (5th1st) month month(s) of the Term.

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand ThirtyFour Hundred Twenty-Five Eight and 00/100 Dollars ($70,035) 274,428.00), which shall constitute Base Rent for the fifth sixth (5th6th) month of the Term.

Prepayment of Rent. On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant ------------------ shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Five Seven Thousand Sixty-Two Dollars and 50/100 ($70,035) 137,062.50), which shall constitute Base Rent for the fifth first (5th1st) month of the Term. Upon any termination of the Sublease prior to the Commencement Date for any reason other than a default by Subtenant, Sublandlord shall return to Subtenant all prepaid rent and the Security Deposit.

On or prior to January 15, 2005Upon execution hereof by Subtenant, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of Seventy One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand ThirtyOne Hundred Fifty-Five Seven and 72/100 Dollars ($70,035) 168,157.72), which shall constitute Base Rent for the fifth (5th) month of the Termand shall be credited against Subtenant’s obligations to pay Base Rent as it first becomes due hereunder.
