Common use of Prepayment and Conversion of Foreign Currency Loans Clause in Contracts

Prepayment and Conversion of Foreign Currency Loans. Demand that any or all of the then outstanding Foreign Currency Loans be prepaid, or redenominated into Dollars in the amount of the Dollar Equivalent thereof, on the last day of the then current Interest Period with respect thereto and on and after such date all amounts accruing and owed to the Lenders in respect of such Foreign Currency Loans shall accrue and be payable in Dollars at the rates otherwise applicable hereunder; provided, that upon the occurrence of an Event of Default specified in Sections 11.1.8, 11.1.9 or 11.1.10 with respect to any of the Credit Parties, outstanding Foreign Currency Loans shall be automatically redenominated into Dollars in the amount of the Dollar Equivalent thereof.
