Common use of Preparing and Executing Documents Clause in Contracts

Preparing and Executing Documents. The Administrator will prepare, or cause to be prepared, all documents that the Issuer is required to prepare, file or deliver under the Transaction Documents, including all financing and continuation statements, and amendments to such statements, required to be filed pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Indenture. The Administrator will cause the documents to be executed by the Issuer or may execute the documents as Administrator on behalf of the Issuer. Upon preparation or execution of the documents by the Issuer or by the Administrator on behalf of the Issuer, the Administrator will file or deliver the documents as required by the Transaction Documents. The Administrator will prepare, or cause to be prepared and, after execution by the Issuer, file with the Commission any documents required to be prepared and filed on a periodic basis with the Commission pursuant to Section 7.2(a) of the Indenture.
