Common use of Preparation of Site Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Site. During the Term the Company shall carry out, at its own cost and expense, all work required to develop the Site for the Project. Any and all required leveling, filling to the final elevation, soil compaction, and river bank protection (if applicable) will be performed by the Company of its own cost. Necessary information regarding the maximum flood level at that area need to be collected by the Company itself from the local concerned offices.

The total layout plan of the facility will be approved by BPDB. Necessary information regarding the maximum flood level at that area need needs to be collected by the Company itself from the local concerned offices. The Company must follow the guidelines of concerned Government Authority regarding the development of Site.
