Common use of Preparation of Funding Report Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Funding Report. In connection with each Funding under this Series, the Depositor shall prepare the Funding Report, including the Term Funding Schedule, and shall calculate the Certificate Interest Rate that will be in effect after such Funding.
