Prepaid Card End Users. Client must provide AFEX with certain identifying information for each Prepaid Card End User, including, without limitation, full legal name, residential address, and date of birth. AFEX may refuse to provide a Prepaid Card to any individual for any reason in its sole discretion. All Prepaid Card End Users must agree to separate terms and conditions governing the use of the Prepaid Card by the Prepaid Card End user, and the rights and responsibilities of Client in relation to the Prepaid Card End User.
