Prep. Substitution and Classroom / Student Coverage: Subd. 1. The process of reporting prep substitution and classroom coverage as well as the rates of payment will be implemented by the Office Managers from each District site. Coverage shall be reported at the end of each pay period, and educators shall be compensated for this duty in the succeeding pay period following each report.
Prep. Adult Educators that teach scheduled classes which are publicly financed and state mandated (these include those offered in K-12 including ESL, Citizenship, high school completion, high school equivalency, college/career readiness) will have the following guidelines apply:

Most of our out of town competitions will require us to book rooms through a housing company. CCDU will reserve a block of rooms through the housing company and each cheerleader will have to stay in a room booked through the housing company. We will have to submit a listing of all our cheerleaders and where they are staying in order to verify they have booked through the housing company. This is a competition company requirement and we do not receive any financial gain from this process. All competition housing rules must be abided by to compete. Competition Rules It is our objective of Courage Cheer to have all competitions run efficiently. We strive to provide as much information of our upcoming competition by sending memos, emails and text to the athletes and parents! Cheer!!! Prep. Time Each elementary teacher shall have an equal amount of time as secondary teachers for purposes of preparation of materials for classroom presentation. This time shall be spent in an assigned room in the building except as administrative permission allows otherwise.
