Tenant has agreed with Landlord to use the Premises exclusively to operate a low-income housing apartment community on the Premises which will ▇▇▇▇▇▇ low- income housing which will benefit persons of low and moderate income for a period of forty (40) years from the date on which the Premises are placed in service.
