Common use of PREMISES UNUSABLE Clause in Contracts

PREMISES UNUSABLE. In the event that the Lessor is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement because of reasons or conditions beyond the control of the Lessor, including but not limited to flood, fire or destruction of the Premises, the Lessor shall not be liable for any claim for damages or compensation from the Lessee of any nature whatsoever due to the cancellation of this Agreement.
