Premises Plan Clause Samples
Premises Plan. The Premises Plan at Part 2 contains:
3.11.1 a plan of the Premises including the land, buildings, significant plant and equipment and identifying features relating to or affecting the Water Supply;
3.11.2 details of the Acceptance Point or Acceptance Points;
3.11.3 details of Customer Works;
3.11.4 other details reasonably required by the Corporation; and
3.11.5 the Customer acknowledges it must maintain its operations to accord with the Premises Plan to the extent relevant to the Water Supply to the Premises.
3.11.6 Where the Premises and other details reflected on the Premises Plan change in a material way or at the direction of the Corporation, an amended Premises Plan must be completed and substituted into this Agreement as a new Part 2.
Premises Plan. Exhibit A-2 to the Lease is hereby supplemented by the additional Exhibit A-2 plan attached hereto.
Premises Plan. Exhibit A-2 to the Lease is hereby replaced with Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.
Premises Plan. The plan of the Premises attached to the Existing Lease as ExhibitA is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the Approximate Rentable Area of Premises set forth in Section 2.2 of the Existing Lease and reflected in the plan is not being modified.For clarity, the purpose of replacing the plan of the Premises is to reflect the relocation of the central shared mechanical shaft eastward.
Premises Plan. After Landlord’s approval of the Space Plan (or amendment thereof) under Section 4(e), Tenant shall deliver to Landlord 2 copies (and one sepia copy) of the Premises Plan prepared by the Space Planner. Such delivery shall be made not later than the date set forth therefor on the Project Schedule. Such date set forth on the Project Schedule shall be extended by the number of days, if any, by which Landlord fails to deliver the Tenant Design and Construction Manual and Lease Outline Drawings as required on the Project Schedule under Section 4(b) or fails to review the Space Plan as required under Section 4(e).
Premises Plan. Effective as of the Relocation Premises Commencement Date, Exhibit “A” to the Lease (The Premises) is deleted and Exhibit A attached to this Amendment is substituted in place thereof.
Premises Plan. 5.12.1 The Premises Plan at Part 4 contains:
(a) a plan of the Premises including the land, buildings, significant plant and equipment and identifying features;
(b) details of the Discharge Point, sampling locations for monitoring, sampling, meters and a Pre-Treatment infrastructure;
(c) other details reasonably required by the Corporation; and
(d) the Customer acknowledges it must maintain its operations to accord with the Premises Plan to the extent relevant to the discharge of Trade Waste to the System.
5.12.2 Where the Premises and other details reflected on the Premises Plan change in a material way or upon the direction of the Corporation, an amended Premises Plan must be completed and substituted into this Agreement as a new Part 4.
