Common use of Premises Licence Clause in Contracts

Premises Licence. The Village Hall has a Premises Licence, a Performing Society Rights For Music Licence (PRS) and a Phonographic Performance Limited Licence (PPL) which permit the use of copyright music in any form, e.g. record, compact disc, tapes, radio, and television or by performers in person and otherwise limits when events may take place. If other licences are required in respect of any activity in the Village Hall the Hirer should ensure that they obtain the relevant licence.
