Preliminary Plan Phase. 1. During this phase Contractor shall, in coordination with the AOC the Architect or Engineer and other third parties (as necessary and authorized by the AOC), provide the following: (i) Constructability Reviews: After reviewing all design documents for completeness and coordination, the Contractor shall make recommendations and provide information and cost comparisons regarding construction materials, methods, systems, phasing, to ensure efficient construction. Constructability Review shall be conducted on the 100% Design Development documents.
