Preliminary Phase Services Sample Clauses
Preliminary Phase Services. Certified Agency shall provide the following preliminary phase Services:
i. Prepare preliminary cost estimates.
ii. Make preliminary contacts with property owners.
iii. Gather and prepare data for environmentaldocuments.
iv. Develop access and approach road list.
v. Prepare field location and project data as defined in the Supplemental Project Authorization.

Preliminary Phase Services o WGA will create a preliminary parking layout and coordinate with the City’ staff to finalize the plan.
